HOW DO I GET STARTED?
VISIT OUR "GETTING STARTED" PAGE AND IT WILL WALK YOU THROUGH SELECTING  A STYLE AND THE DESIGN PROCESS.

HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE?
EVERYTHING IS CAREFULLY HAND MADE WITH CARE IN 2 TO 8 WEEKS.  TIMING ALL DEPENDS ON:
  • TYPE OF DESIGN AND QUANTITY
  • CURRENT PROJECT LOAD *** 
  • EMAIL RESPONSE TIME *** We respond as quickly as we possibly can.  This may take a few days depending on the project load, holidays and vacations.
  • PAPER AVAILABILITY (papers could be back ordered)
Keep in mind that save the dates are much quicker than invitations sets.
HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?
Simply contact us here with the following information:
  • Couple's names on the interested invitation
  • Category you found it in (such as nautical, rustic, etc.)
  • How many do you need?
  • When do you need them by?

HOW MUCH IS A DEPOSIT?
DEPOSITS ARE $50 FOR ORDER QUANTITIES OF 20 TO 99 & $100 FOR QUANTITY 100+.
DEPOSITS ARE ALWAYS APPLIED TO YOUR TOTAL.  
Some accessories and smaller orders may only require a $20 or $30 deposit.
HOW IS PAYMENT COLLECTED?
DEPOSITS CAN BE MADE ON MY WEBSITE OR ON MY ETSY SITE. FINAL INVOICES ARE SENT BY EMAIL  AND AN ETSY LISTING IS CREATED FOR YOU.

OUR MINIMUM ORDER IS 20 FOR MOST ITEMS.
HOW MANY SHOULD I ORDER?
WE RECOMMEND ONE PER HOUSEHOLD + A FEW EXTRA.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
STANDARD SHIPPING IS UPS GROUND.  
You may request an express option which will be determined at the time of shipping.  This would be invoiced separately and you would only owe the difference.
  • Some orders may be shipped USPS depending on the amount and location.  HI and AK often are.
  • Shipping prices are determined by UPS and NOT by Inspirations.
  • You will NOT need to sign for your package.
  • Please provide the BEST and safest address for your order.
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY DESIGNS WILL LOOK LIKE?
Digital prints are created of all printed pieces from your designs.  Up to 5 full sets of proofs are included with your deposit. Unlimited proofs can be purchased for $40 and added at any time during the process. Nothing is printed until we have your approval.
* Physical proofs are NOT customary.  If you desire a physical proof, there is a $15 fee for this option.  The total balance is due before a physical proof is mailed.
RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Because everything created by Inspirations is hand made and customized for you, there are no returns.  You are responsible for the final proof approval.  Once approved, no changes can be made. You are sent several proofs and nothing is printed until we have your approval so please check over all proofs very carefully.
WHAT ABOUT MY ENVELOPES?
We also offer envelope printing options.  Proofs are created for these as well; they become a fun part of the design and are a real time saver.  A quote will be provided for you.
CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?
Most designs or similar designs are available for sampling.  Sample cannot be customized; however, card stock swatches can be included with your sample in case you want to see other colors. (see card stock colors).
Samples are $12.  Just message us with the section you found the invitation in and the names of the couple on the invitation and we can find it easily that way.
HOW DO I COMMUNICATE WITH YOU?
Email is the very best way to communicate any questions or changes to us.  This way we have a written copy that we can refer to in order to provide the best adjustments and customizations.
